Fees & Payment Terms
The PeakOffers membership is currently free for one year from the date that you register your membership. After one full year you will be required to renew the membership via the membership portal. The membership does not currently renew automatically.
There are no admin or sign up fees charged by www.peakoffers.co.uk.
In 2021 there will be a charge of £40.00 for an annual membership and £25.00 for a seasonal membership, winter or summer. These fees will be paid on submission of a new membership through the membership portal.
Termination
Your membership can be cancelled by a registered member at any time. At this point all the benefits of www.peakoffers.co.uk will be withdrawn. Your access to the membership portal will be removed.
No refund will be provided should you cancel your membership.
Membership is not an automatic right it is a benefit for our members who adhere to our terms and conditions. We hope that you will be a member for a long time, however, if we feel that you are acting unreasonably; breaching theses terms, act in a way that does not align with our values, act in a way that could cause harm to another member or user of the site, your membership will be terminated immediately.
Benefits
The membership is currently free. Anyone can browse www.peakoffers.co.uk for discounts and offers. To benefit from any of the discounts and offers advertised you must be a registered member.
When you register for a membership you will be given access to the membership portal where you can obtain your digital membership card. The digital membership card is to be presented to businesses who are partners of www.peakoffers.co.uk. On presentation of your digital membership card the vendor will apply the advertised discount to your bill/purchase. The discount is advertised on www.peakoffers.co.uk and whilst the discount is accessible on www.peakoffers.co.uk the vendor is obliged to apply the discount.
When a member is taking advantage of the online offers and discounts and making an online transaction, they must be logged in as a member to benefit from the discount that is promoted. The discount will be applied by the vendor on check out of a basket.
Age
Some of the offers and discounts that are advertised on www.peakoffers.co.uk will require you to be 18 years of age to benefit from them. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the member making a purchase is the required age to purchase their product or service.
Your Responsibilities
You promise that the information you provide us is accurate, true and complete and that you will keep your details up to date and accurate at all times. Your membership is not transferable at any time. You are personally responsible for any use of the www.peakoffers.co.uk membership and membership portal when using your user name and password. Therefore it is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure and it is not shared with another person or third party. If you are aware of an unauthorised usage of your username and password you must report this to us immediately.
Changes To Membership T&Cs
www.peakoffers.co.uk is free to unilaterally change these terms and conditions without giving further notice to the individual membersSuch changes, unless otherwise stated, will immediate effect. www.peakoffers.co.uk will publish changes on the website under the Membership terms and Conditions page but it is the responsibility of the members to keep themselves updated on any changes to the terms and conditions.
